Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices.

We cannot predict or control these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team.

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address shows only "Lunarness" without product descriptions.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Policy

Because every Lunarness item is handcrafted specifically for you after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • We made an error in crafting (wrong size, wrong color, etc.)
  • The item doesn't match the product description

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Here's what to do:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Send photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number in your message

We'll review your case within 24-48 hours and offer either:

  • A replacement item (crafted to correct specifications)
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Wrong Size?

Since our items are made-to-order based on your measurements, we strongly recommend:

  • Measure carefully before ordering—see our Size Guide
  • Contact us if you're between sizes or unsure
  • Double-check measurements at checkout

If you provided incorrect measurements, we may offer a remake at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss options.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • Production hasn't started yet (typically within 24 hours of ordering)

Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible as materials have been cut and work has commenced on your custom piece.

To request cancellation, email support@lunarness.com immediately with your order number.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look in safe spots (porch, garage, behind plants)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
  4. Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes show delivered early

If you still can't locate your package, contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Package Lost in Transit

If your package hasn't arrived and tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either:

  • Reship your order at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund
