Shipping and Return Policy Summary
- Shipping: United States orders use ShipEntegra Eko below 1 kg and ShipEntegra Express from 1 kg. European Union orders use ShipEntegra Standard below 1 kg and Express from 1 kg. Shipping charges are weight-based, with destination-specific free-shipping thresholds; duties and import tax are calculated and shown as a separate checkout line. All other active zones use the fixed weight bands and thresholds shown below.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
This shipping policy explains how delivery methods are selected, what the published day ranges mean and which details must be confirmed at checkout. Lunarness uses fixed, weight-based methods for all active zones. A method is available only when Shopify returns it for the specific delivery address, products and cart.
How is shipping availability determined?
Shopify first matches the delivery address to an active shipping zone. All active zones use the fixed, weight-based USD rates shown in the table below. Checkout selects the applicable band from the packaged weight, destination and cart value.
What do the delivery estimates include?
The 5-8 business day, 10-15 day, 10-20 day and 15-25 day ranges are labels configured on the corresponding shipping methods. They are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates or store-wide processing promises. A product displaying a Made to Order badge requires product-specific processing before dispatch. Products without that badge should not be assigned the same processing period.
What can affect a delivery estimate?
Carrier routing, tracking scans, customs review, address accuracy and service interruptions can affect timing after an order leaves the fulfillment location. International duties, import taxes or carrier charges may also apply unless checkout explicitly states that they are included.
What if no shipping method appears at checkout?
Do not place the order with a different or incomplete address. Check the country, postal code and other delivery details, then use the contact form or email hello@lunarness.com with the destination and cart details. Support can review the information, but cannot promise a carrier rate that checkout does not return.

Rate columns follow these shipment-weight bands: below 1 kg, 1–1.5 kg, 1.5001–2 kg, 2.0001–3 kg and above 3 kg. Amounts and free-shipping thresholds are in USD. Checkout is authoritative for a specific cart and address.
The European Union zone includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not included in this EU zone.
Processing and made-to-order products
Production status is not a store-wide promise. A product is treated as made to order only when its product page displays the corresponding badge. Those items require processing before dispatch. Products without that label should not be described as made to order. Review the product page and order confirmation for product-specific information; checkout supplies the destination-specific shipping method.
Tracking, customs and address accuracy
Tracking availability and carrier updates depend on the shipping service used for the order. Enter a complete delivery address at checkout and review it before paying. For United States and European Union checkouts, applicable duties and import tax are calculated and displayed separately; local VAT may be shown as included in the item price. Other destinations may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
30-day return request window
The official Refund Policy provides a 30-day window after receiving an item to request a return. An eligible item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exceptions include custom or personalized products, sale items and gift cards. The policy also explains the European Union cooling-off period, damaged or incorrect items, exchanges and refund timing.
